She has created leading streaming businesses for CBS and other global media companies and served as elected Co-Chair of DCN, the media trade association. She has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Steve Shannon is a streaming and television innovator who has held C-suite positions at four publicly-traded companies, including head of content and monetization at Roku. Steve helped invent the DVR and modernize TV technology at Replay TV, Gemstar – TV Guide (now Xperi), and RealD. Steve also co-founded the original developer of Adobe’s Dreamweaver software. Steve attended UCLA and received his MBA from UC Berkeley.
Dan Keston is an award-winning producer, creator and media executive. Prior to joining Swerve, Dan held positions across the digital landscape including EP/GM at TYT Network, GM at Break Media, and ACD at Moxie Interactive. Dan is also an accomplished independent film producer nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance and showcased at LACMA. He is a member of the Producers Guild and graduate of Emory University.
Rich is a 30-year veteran of the media industry and proven CEO operating, building and revitalizing large-scale, multi-platform organizations. Past roles included CEO of Time, Inc., President, Fox National Cable Networks, and CEO of Gemstar – TV Guide.
Amy DuBois Barnett is a creative and operational media executive known for building multi-platform brands and businesses for Outside, ESPN, BET and more. Her first novel, “If I Ruled the World,” will be published in January 2026.
Nathalie Bordes builds world-class data and analytics operations for the world’s most prominent media companies, including ESPN, Yahoo, Paramount/CBS Sports and Dow Jones, and has served on the board of the Media Ratings Council.
Emily Christner leads strategy at 3C Ventures, an advisory for top media, entertainment, sports & technology companies. She is an award-winning C-suite leader who has transformed and grown some of the largest global media, entertainment, and tech businesses. Named a “Top Women in Media & Tech” in 2023, she began her career with the Boston Bruins.
Susanne Mei currently serves as an advisor and consultant to large media, sports and consumer organizations on direct-to-consumer best practices in digital marketing, content strategy, and launching streaming channels. She developed the first streaming services for People and Sundance, and developed the original digital strategy for the Smithsonian Network.
Michelle Milford Morse is the UN Foundation’s Vice President for Girls and Women Strategy, leading efforts to promote girls’ and women’s rights, working in collaboration with the United Nations and its partners. She has worked with and for a range of private sector and civil society partners, including the Gates Foundation, Sesame Workshop, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, Livestrong, and the University of Texas.
Matt is a Television Network & OTT executive with a proven track record of creating 15 traditional, SVOD, and AVOD networks. Matt spearheaded programming efforts at the NFL, TV Guide, and WWE.
Robert Yalen
Boxing Hall-of-Famer, Bob Yalen was most recently CEO of MTK Sports, including management of Tyson Fury and Josh Taylor. He also served as director of Acquisitions at ESPN and ABC for combat sports for two decades. Prior to that, he was Boxing Producer at NBC. Bob has won 6 Sports Emmy Awards, and the BWAA Taub Award for Excellence in Broadcast Journalism.
